TCTO Administration Designates New Heads for Different Offices

The reactivation of the Cultural Affairs and Community Relations Office (CACRO) will help the university campus in its extension services. This office is mandated to promote good public relations with the immediate communities of the autonomous campus; moreover, to bring closer the indigenous art, culture and traditions to the academic world. The office will also exercise supervision over the units/troupes/groups dedicated to art and entertainment media of the campus. The office is headed by a director to manage its functions. Hence, Ms. Paramisuli T. Amin, a faculty member of MSU-TCTO Preparatory High School was designated as its director through the Special Order No. 012 OC, Series of 2018 which took effect on January 8, 2018 until December 31, 2018.

Aside from designating Ms. Amin, the administration issued other Special Orders swapping the position of directors for Research and Institute of Continuing Education and Extension Services (ICEES).

As such, Dr. Richard N. Muallil, professor at the Institute of Oceanography and Environment Science was designated director for ICEES, and Dr. Sitti Zayda B. Halun was designated director for Research. The designation of the two directors took effect on January 5, 2018 until December 31, 2018 through the Special Orders No. 016-A and No. 016 OC superseded Special Orders No. 117 and No. 119 respectively.

On the other hand, Mr. Michael E. Tawasil, Attorney III was designated Legal Officer of Legal Services Office through the Special Order No. 017 OC, Series of 2018. The order took effect on January 8, 2018 until December 31, 2018.
