Proving that MSU-TCTO is an interactive campus where all cultures are given importance, the Chancellor, Dr. Mary Joyce Z. Guinto-Sali, has reactivated Cultural Affairs and Community Relations Office (CACRO) through the Special Order No. 011, Series of 2018.

CACRO performs the mandates of the Community Relations and Cultural Development Office (CRCDO) in order to promote good public relations with the immediate communities. It also serves as medium to present indigenous art, culture and traditions, and to exercise supervision over all the units, troupes or groups dedicated to art and entertainment media of the campus.

The Tambuli Cultural Troupe and the university band should initially comprise the organizational units under the CACRO. In case an organizational unit will be created in the future whose functions are related to the mandates of the CACRO, such office must form part of the CACRO.

On the other hand, the Chancellor also reactivated the Planning and Management Office (PMO) through the Special Order No. 001, Series of 2018.

The Planning and Management Office (PMO) is actually Planning and Evaluation Office (PEO). The former assumed the mandates of the latter. Hence, employees under the PEO who were assigned to other offices were recalled to compose the staff complement.

As part of its mandates, the PMO shall act as the Performance Management Team (PMT) Secretariat in the implementation of the Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2012 Re: Guidelines in the Establishment of

Agency Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS).
